ClinicalConnect Scheduled Downtime 
April 23, 2014 

The ClinicalConnect Portal will be unavailable on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, starting at 1700 hours. The estimated downtime is 6 hours in duration.  During this time, the following additional data sources will be integrated with ClinicalConnect:


·    Ontario Laboratories Information System (OLIS) laboratory test requests and results

· Hospital data from Bluewater Health

It is NOT appropriate to access a patient’s health information unless you are currently providing care to that patient, or assisting in the provision of care to that patient. Inappropriate access or use will result in disciplinary action that may include: the disabling of your user account for the Portal; termination of your working relationship with one or more Participants; being reported to any regulated health professional college of which you may be a member; being reported to the Information and Privacy Commissioner/Ontario (IPC); AND may also make you subject to legal action, fines, or penalties.

Use of ClinicalConnect for research purposes is prohibited
